Sparesbox came to us with a unique array of user experience issues. The biggest of those being that to serve the right products to the user, we needed to get all their vehicle details but without putting up a barrier to entry.

We re-created the way they ask for vehicle data but re-designing their website header and vehicle interfaces. We also introduced new styling elements across the whole website through a Style Guide / UI Kit.

Their conversion rate doubled as a result of our work.
